At any point in time, we have a range of projects underway. From conceptualisation, sourcing of finishings through to installation. Our involvement with clients can range from a month through to a couple of years, dependent upon the complexity of the project, whether a renovation or a new build. 01 - Cranmer Gardens

Occupying a prime inner city position, Cranmer Gardens lies adjacent to both Cranmer Square and Hagley Park in Christchurch. Lukas Design is working with MAP Architects on this elegant 39 apartment reinterpretation of the historic Cranmer Court. Browse through the renderings starting with the stunning streetscape view, the mood boards and then finally inside the apartments themselves to feel how these will come to life. 

02 - Te Arai retreat

This modern country retreat, sits within a stunning natural landscape. The mood board reflects the natural textures of the environment surrounding the building site. Due for completion in 2018, the detailed interior design is well underway.

03 - parnell office

This suite of professional offices in Parnell, Auckland, is in construction. The brief required a balance between an open, spacious New York loft while allowing for private and discrete meeting spaces.
